Standard palletizer of paperboards CK.2000 Machine of palletization automatic, able to handle all types of paperboards, limp, small boats, racks, cases, packages of reviews, newspapers, etc... Food perhaps carried out either by the top, or by bottom or on any intermediate level. The conveyor with rollers of entry or track of formation, is the section where packing is directed and gathered on line to form a line. The mechanisms of handling, transfers and the push rods, ensure correct positionings. As soon as the line of packing is formed, an arm automatically pushes this one of the conveyor / track of formation towards a table of accumulation or directly on the plate of palletization. The design of the arm push rod depends on the type of product to handle, the rate and the diagram of establishment of packing to be palletized. Generally, an arm retractable push rod with electropneumatic order is used. But in other cases, a special mechanism can be used in order to obtain an optimal result. Automatic palletizer APOLLO standard CK.2000 is recommended for rates reaching up to 40 packing / minute.

After handling, the lines are gathered to form a layer. This one is pushed on the plate of palletization. The plate, guided between two vertical columns, positions at the correct level for unloading. Then, the plate of palletization advances above the pallet. A thrust is closed again behind the layer, the plate is retracted and it layer is thus deposited on the pallet or the preceding palletized layers. A system of frontal thrusts, sometimes peripheral called " Squaring System " simple or double, according to the type of packing to be palletized, makes it possible to maintain each layer in place well, during the phase of palletization, i.e. the return in position of reception of the plate of palletization. A peripheral equipment of ergonomic protections with access doors protected by contacts from safety, according to standards' EC in force, supplements this equipment.
