Déssacheuse automatics RSA are able to break all the types of bag: paper, polyethylene, paper with interior polyethylene, plastic braided usually used in the sector of the building, food, of the plastics, chemical, glass and all fields where it is necessary to feed from the production processs with products out of bag without dispersions and contamination of the external environment. The loading of the bags is carried out by a belt conveyer inside a charging hopper where they are broken by an endless screw whose your slow rotation conveys them in a drum screen. The product, collected by an endless screw. can be discharged in another system from transport (e.g. live without flax, band, pneumatic transport, etc). The broken bags are compressed in a polyethylene bag by a compactor.

The manual déssacheuse RSM represents the ideal solution for the draining of bags which contain products out of powder or granular in vacuum-cleaned environment and yet in complete absence of dust. The machine is made only out of stainless steel AISI 304 and it is available in the versions with or without filter dust extractors. In the version with built-in filter the cleaning of the filter elements is carried out with means of washing with compressed air in counter-current. The modularity of the components makes it possible to carry out different solutions in order to be able to satisfy all the applications.
The choice of the model is according to dimensions of the bags to be emptied.
